I am saving a document in Writer and get a white flash upon saving the document each time.
This doesn’t happen on fresh start but after some time like some hours.
version 6.3.5, happens in 7.4 too.

I notice you are under a dark theme. Dark themes exhibit difficult coexistence with LO. Do you see the same sort of flash with a non-dark theme?
What is your Linux distro? (Linux 5.4 seems to me a bit old; my kernel is 5.19.6 and I am not “bleeding edge”)

You created a good bug report. I’d suppose that now it should be handled (either you get some questions, or maybe it gets confirmed) … but writing it here, you likely expect some answer to an untold question. Which is that?
