I have all portable programs in subdirectories of C:\Program Files Portable\ and run them without any problem. But LibreOffice … :o( WHY?

I believe that LibreOffice can be installed in just about any directory on your computer. If there’s a particular directory in which it won’t run (given proper installation, proper permissions, etc…, etc…), then that’s a bug.
First, please install the latest release and confirm that you can’t run the program from this directory. If that still doesn’t work, file the bug and provide a list of steps that can reproduce it. The QA team will be happy to help you track down this rather bizarre issue!
