Tried for over a week to upgrade to 3.5 from 3.4, without success, even though I uninstalled version 3.4 prior to installation attempt?
the wizzard takes me to the final installation step, then tells metol exit LO before installation can begin, even though no LO window is open. when I ten click on ok, I get the error message that the installation process was interrupted, nothing was installed, and I should try again later.
Then tried installing v. 3.4.5, but ran into the same problem.
Hope somebody can help me because I have neither v. 3,4 nor 3.4.5 nor 3.5.

I had a similar problem and my solution was to delete all the openoffice and libreoffice folders in c:\progam files\
Install worked fine after this purging.
