Please, when I choose in Writer option Mail Merge Wizzard, I have only first 3 (left written) options usable.
From the 4. Create Salutation up to 8. it is all grey (inactivated).
I have version 4.0
Please, what do I have to do to make it activated?

I can’t provide an exact answer to your question, but I will note that you are repeated asking many similar questions. The first was this one (which was answered). You then opened (on the same day) the current one I am providing this answer in, which is fine, but now you have open two further questions here and here that appear to be duplicates of this one. Opening duplicate questions will not help you obtain an answer, rather the questions will be closed as duplicates.
I would suggest you read through chapter 11 of the Writer Guide, which deals explicitly with the Mail Merge facility.
