When I highlight the text I want to make into a hyperlink and click the hyperlink button, I am unable to paste the URL into the box because a blank drop-down menu prevents me from doing so. Does anyone know how to fix this? Here is a screenshot of what the box looks like when I right-click.
Works for me!
Testing on: Ubuntu 12.04.2 + LO 4.0.0.3
- Open LO Writer
- Copy a url so that it is in your paste buffer (e.g. http://libreoffice.org)
- Put some text in your document (e.g. “foobar”)
- Select the text, then navigate to Insert → Hyperlink
- In the text field named “Target”, paste the hyperlink.
- Click “Apply” and then “Close”
The hyperlink is made.
