Why do lines move out of the border!?

I had saved a document after writing 18 pages in .docx format and when I opened it the next day some lines had been moved out of the borders of the document.

I cant even edit the lines. They can still be deleted by ‘backspace’ and ‘delete’ but I cant rearrange them or even view them. Microsoft word can view them properly, why not libre writer?

Is this a bug or what?

It could be a bug. And as such, it should:

1. Go to the appropriate place (as described in the Ask site’s How-to-use);
2. Have a sample document attached (with sensitive information replaces with some dummy text); have proper description of your OS, and LO version.
