Why do mo my data sources appear to be empty

For some reason, after setting up an envelope as form, when I try to view the chosen data source it is empty.

Thanks for your quick response. I had forgotten to go to Sheet 1 to see the data so I’ve now successfully set up my envelopes for a mail shot.
