When I try to dictate text into libra office documentation via Cortana, it will not function. Why is this? Does anybody know about this that could help correct a problem that I might be having? I have recently installed W10 into a new computer and have called M$ about this problem but all they are concerned with is charging my credit card for phone support. Can someone help me with this?

Please file a bug report. Unfortunately, Windows’ voice recognition language must match OS UI language, which disables e.g. me to test or work on this, me having a Russian localized Windows without voice recognition support from MS.
