Why don't page up, page down, home, and end work in Calc?

The paging keys (page up, end, etc. don’t work in Calc.

on my LO ( Version: 5.1.6.2 Build ID: 1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial2 ) the keys work in Calc.
Page Up scrolls 1 page up ( 28 cells on my screen ),
Page Down scrolls 1 page down,
Home and End both select the first cell in the current Row,

For some strange reason, page up and page down now seem to work; home and end do not. I’m withdrawing the question.
