Why dragging a photo near the text bounces that text in Left-end direction even if the photo is too small? (gif screen record included)

(P.S: Really trying to survive this Office since day 1. And there are a thousand different things like this.)

Help needed

The strange thing is if I put the image at first and then the text, it remains side by side. No, not too near but near enough.
Then why not the same behavior on when text is first and the image is second?

In my opinion, this is a problem of the settings.

Right-click on the image and select Wrap>Wrap Through in Background in the dropdown.

This allows you to move the image freely over the text. Example:
