Why is "First Page" missing from my Format and Styles dropdown menu (F11)?menu

In “All Styles” my list goes from “Endnote” to “First line indent” to “Footer.” I need to remove a first page header and number. What do I do?

I use 4.4.

“All Styles” is a dropdown item in styles family Paragraph Styles. Other families named it as “All”. Are you sure that select “Page Style”?
