Why is there not a delete option in sheets for officelibre calc?

When I go there it asks me to create a password to turn it on.

From my perspective the Spreadsheet Structure is protected and you need a password to unprotect it. But I don’t have your sheet so I cannot verify. Hence I cannot further help unless I could investigate the file.

I have never set up a password on this spreadsheet.
I didn’t even know that Spreadsheet Structure was an option and under Tools>Protect.
How would this have gotten turned on if no one but me uses the computer or the spreadsheet?

Tomaz actually already said this, but I know I missed it the first time I read through.

“tracking changes” can make the delete sheet disappear from the sheet right click, and grey out in the Sheet menu, as in saochen’s screenshots.

I’m sure I had never turned it on, but, somehow it was on and that was what was creating this problem.
