I just want to ask why tllo.dll is missing after installation and how can I fix this problem?
This error is for LibreOffice 3.6.3 Windows version.Thank you in advance.

Upgrade (now) to → LO 3.6.5.2 or LO 4.0.0.3.
I can find "tllo.dll" in the path
"...\Program_Files\LibreOffice_3.6(4.0)\program\".
(Maybe related to → CVE-2012-4233)
