why wont an envelope print when the first element is a graphic ?

Printing an envelope with a graphic in the top lefthand corner doesn’t work, it used to before updating to Version: 6.0.4.2 (x64)

Perhaps I should add that my troubles are on a Win10 based machine, the print preview works OK, but only when printing with an HP LaserJet 2420 PS do I get no output if the first element is a graphic. Printing on an HP Color LaserJet CP1510 works OK.

Do I have a Windows, HP or LibreOffice problem ?

Don’t see the problem. Tried with different graphics (sample is PDF output - print to file):

Done on Linux Mint 18.3 with LO v6.0.4.2
