Tried to install LibreOffice 5 on a new install of windows 10 and it was denied. What settings are needed to let this install?

Installing a new program into Windows is an Administrative procedure (which means that you need to be logged in as an Administrator).
If that does not work, what is the error message?

I had no problem installing LO 5.0.0.5 on Windows 10. However I do have UAC (User Account Control) turned off.
How do I turn off User Account Control although I think I have this…please
