Will LibreOffice be available on Android?

I am waiting on an Android-powered tablet and need an RTF editor to handle text documents. The source is NOT from Microsoft Office but a novel authoring software. I use this program on my Win7 PC as my RTF editor and would live to have an Android version as well.
