Win 7 New install Version: 4.1.6.2 "base" greyed out. Am I missing someting?

I’m using Win7 pro SP1 64bit. I just downloaded the windows msi and installed. Database is greyed out and database does not appear in any of the menus. Am I missing a prereq or has database been removed from this version. I want to open ms office .accdb databases.

From where did you download? What steps did you take to install the LibO? Please inform all details.
