wizards in base don't seem to work

I’m using LO 6.1 on Win10. I can create tables in design view, but nothing (ie nothing) happens if I hit a wizard button.

The wizards are some of the parts in LibreOffice that require JRE. Install Java (with architecture corresponding to installed LibreOffice’s: 32- or 64-bit).
