Working with sections

Hi,

I created a form to input data in my database.
Afterneath, I began to create sections.

The issue is, when hitting then enter key to extend a section, the whole form controls on the page are moving down.

My question is: Is it a way to extend or define a section in a form without moving down the existing form controls ?

Found It !

To avoid the form controls to move, the controls should be anchored to page.
