Would other people have a need for Base on Android/IOS with offline sync capabilities?

When you look at the other database in this class only Filemaker get close with IOS? I haven’t seen one that is available for both IOS/Android.

Not particular Base, in my case Writer and Calc would be nice. At the moment I use WPS Office (Kingsoft), but you never know if all Funktions will work.
