Have you created two paragraphs so that each frame can be linked to its own paragraph? If you have only one paragraph the frames will overlap.
(LO 6.2.2.2 on LinuxMint 18.2-64 Mate)
@slawalata - I can not confirm your statement. After inserting the frames I could move them without any problems. Only one (empty) paragraph for anchoring. Which LO version are you working on?
Hi,
@grantler, sorry for late replay…

Calc: threaded+
What i found that i can move first frame but still cant move the second frame…
@petermau, thx you, but still it doesn’t work for me… i put in frame1 → paragrahph1 and frame2-> paragraph2 but still i cant move second frame.

slawalata
I got it friends
I set a wrong value in. It was Frame Properties → Height → AutoSize. And it had 100% ;(
I change to Relative To → Paragraph area, and Height 100% (not related i think) and WOLA i can move second frame freely
Many thanks in @Grantler and @Petermau… your support level ups my confident to move 100% to libreoffice…
