Writer displays document inconsistently

Hello,

I got LibreOffice 4.0.3 on my Linux Mint 11 and on my Ubunut Linux 12.04 LTS.

When I exchange documents between both boxes, they are displayed differently (from Linux Mint to Ubuntu).

Some errors are:

• page breaks, where no page breaks are
  needed (i.e. after one paragraph
  while the rest of the page remains
  blank). Sometimes if I edit the
  position and un-do my edit, things
  are rendered as expected
• empty pages are inserted
• paragraphs have wrong heights (while the paragraph perfectly fits the page on Linux Mint, it expands on a second page on Ubuntu Linux)
• images are broken (they moved here and there)

This is so strange - any ideas what’s wrong here?

EDIT:
I noticed that there is a different number of words per line in both documents (Linux Mint renders more words per line than Ubuntu).

Whoah… The whole time I am sitting in front of this problem, I did not notice that Linux Mint has “Droid Sans” installed on its system (not natively) while Ubuntu did not.

After installing the font all described problems were solved.
