Computer: Dell E6540; Win 10 ver 20H1; keyboard & language: US English; LO 7.3.0.3 LO displays FRENCH with ghost alt keyboard. But Settings > Keyboard & Language > US English.
I’ve tried what Dell & Win say, but nothing changes. This community is smarter than I.
Can you explain this a little more, or add a screenshot? Do you mean that when you press certain keys on your English keyboard you get French characters on the screen?
Have you tried Help>Restart In Safe Mode to see if the problem persists?
I was getting French display from an English keyboard and found language check box inTOOLS. I checked US English and restarted in SAFE MODE. The problem is solved. TYVM.
