Writer Error using Citations in a Table

Getting an error with using citations (Zotero 5.0.96.2) in an LO Writer (7.1.3.2) table on macOS 10.14.6

Essentially, I’m creating a 2 column table with a list of sentences containing citations.

I save the document and also export to pdf. Next time the .odt doc is opened – some sentences in the table are replaced by zeros.

This has happened twice, hence the save to pdf, so I can copy the contents back and re-cite the references.

I see from the Zotero forums that they believe this is is an issue with LO Writer’s table handling.

this might be related to tdf#131025, if the table cell with Numeric number format contains a textual string as result of Zotero manipulations. It would partially be Zotero bug then, since it should make table cells have Text format in that case.
