Writer: how to change the external tool to edit images

despite me selecting another program from the list upon my first use of ‘edit with external program’.

Maybe try to set this again in Windows. Resetting to their own Software seems to be a common/recurring “problem” with MS (or their hint not to use other software out of their reach.)
