Writter 4.3 is the type, the problem is that it displays two pages side by side...I want a single page screen

This dual screen messes up my book manuscripts and short stories when submitting on line…I need to return to my single page diusplay

On the bottom right corner you should see icons for double and single page. Click the single page icon.
