When I try to attach a #10 envelope to a document, the formatting shows correctly, but the envelope that attaches appears to be a B5 (ISO) and the sender and addressee info is positioned about 2 inches down from the top of the envelope. No matter what style envelope I try to attach, the positioning is similar. I cannot attach or print an envelope successfully. Please advise.
