Context

When I attempt to upvote the undermentioned response to a post:

Cannot open Apple Pages documents

Hello, seems you got hit by #tdf12357

…I see an error message:

You cannot exceed the number of votes for your trust level.

Question

Am I permanently prevented from upvoting anything else unless I increase my trust level or remove an upvote? I ask because I’ve waited 30 hours since I first saw the message, yet it’s not expired.
