Zoom Screenshare problems - Impress crashes

Zoom conference problems - Impress crashes (blank Impress screen) when opening a presentation during a Zoom Screenshare session:
Using Zoom with Windows 10 or 11.
OK using Chrome Browser but not with Zoom App. Browser use has other problems!
Explanation: Sometimes need to open a presentation during a Q&A session, to answer a question.
Recommended to open before starting Zoom session but not always possible as don’t know what questions will arise!
Temporary fix by creating PDF as a standby works, but would prefer to use Impress presentation.

Fullscreen display (as in Impress’ presentation mode) sometimes conflicts with screen grabbing functions (as used to share the image in conferencing client software).
Try to change slideshow settings to “windowed presentation” and share the window instead of the entire screen.

Thanks for the tip - but I already have default set to show in a “windowed presentation” & normally run Zoom in “less than full screen” as it gives me better control over what I’m doing.

It still gives me a blank Impress screen (I use 2x27inch monitors)!

I haven’t had screengrab problems - using “PicPick” rather than MS version.

It works OK in Chrome browser but the Zoom interface is slightly different with fewer controls.
