Does Libreoffice 4.3.1.2 fully supports Postgresql 8.4?

Like I said I have LibreOffice 4.3.1.2 and Postgresql 8.4 on Windows 7. I try with Base connect to my database and then add/edit/delete contents, but at this moment, I can just show my data.
