I retagged the question meta because this is not a “common” question about a problem shared by Writer, Calc, … It is related to AskLO operations not LO usage.

So, the best thing is to make a ‘PrtSc’ of the ‘problem’ and upload it to my topic?

That is generally like taking a picture of your car to the mechanic and asking him why it isn’t running properly. Unless the problem is a display issue - like say blurry fonts or unusual icon colours - you should upload a sample document that shows the issue you are having.

Make sure the document has no confidential information.
