Automate Text Import of clipboard content without the dialog

How does one automate importing clipboard text content without showing the interfering Text Import dialog? At the very least, having the dialog continue automatically, ie automated OK press, would be a poor substitute for what I assume are methods to allow one to set all the various import options prior to executing the text import.

This question is specifically about clipboard text content. The clipboard text content source would be from any copyable text output.

This is such a basic need that I thought would have been asked before. I found related questions asked, but the answers pivot away from the root question. Please point the way if I missed it. Thank you.

To clarify, the original question is looking specifically for LibreOffice macro information. Xdotool is an interesting work around concept, but it is not clear that xdotool can be invoked from within a libreOffice macro nor is it clear how the LibreOffice macro would know the window id to pass to xdotool. Xdotool also seems dated and not under current development.
