Impossible to delete rows using keyboard, as ALT+S, R matches both Insert Rows and Delete Rows.

And why do you post it here? Note that (1) bug reports are off-topic here; and (2) 7.4 is EOL since 2022.

I use Debian Stable repo. Sorry for that.
Searching for it turned up nothing.
Prior version worked correctly.
Seemed like such a stupid bug: expected I could say nothing and it would get fixed, but many months later, nope. Poor timing I guess: someone broke a working UI, then it went EOL.
So, as you point out, no point in filing a bug report for EOL version.
Perhaps someone can at least confirm that it’s fixed in current versions.
FYI: It was fixed already in version 7.6, which itself is long EOL.
