I wonder if this is possible now Split vertical scroll
I want to split my calc screen in half such that i can scroll down on the left half of the document only and the right side stays. In the same way, when I scroll the right side vertically, the left side stays.

Did you try Window - New Window? Arrange the two windows side by side. Some operating systems make it easy to arrange side by side.

Even Excel still do not have it Redirecting
Not just side-by-side, but you can scroll independently.
Try to active cell C5 and choose menu View - Split Window.
Then you can drag both lines at any position.
Yes I have tried that. But side by side view of the same document is what I am looking for. With 2 vertical scrolls that are independent. Thanks!
