File shows issue at 2,2706113 Row, Col
I have tried some of the procedures that I have read in the foundation but am still unable to open.

The culprit was a misplaced </table:table-row-group> closing element tag (before the opening tag). How that could happen I have no idea, unless it’s the result of your “have tried some of the procedures that I have read in the foundation”. Or if you are able to reproduce by using row grouping then please file a bug with step by step details.
