Like the title states. My goal is to like adobe acrobat be able to place “Comments” or annotations that are quickly indexable by where they appear in sequence to content of the PDF without of course editing the PDF.
I found a locked post that asked the same question but had no answer.
Just about any pdf viewer allows you to add comments to a pdf.
Draw is a graphics editor that can read the components of a pdf but it is not a pdf editor nor a pdf viewer.
