We can’t help much, as you did not tell anything of your system. (I assume you switched your computer on and are logged in.)

Typical problems others had

• Windows S-mode restricts you to MS-Appstore
• On no longer supported versions of some OS like Win7 or older Macs you need to find the right version from the archive
• download does not fit to OS
• most mobiles will not run LibreOffice
• Chromebooks need to add a (debian?)-subsystem
• Mac users need to know thrir processor (intel or arm)
• Security-systems preventing install or start of software
• Error messages during Install we can rule out. I’m sure you would have told us?
• Rare problems with hardware somtimes need configuratiom in safe/troubleshot-mode
• Some companies restrict installing of software
