How can I access Libre Office support?  I registered a user name and password several versions back, but now when I desperately need it (“fatal errors” attempting to open version 3.6), direct access to support does not appear to be available.
I saw similar posts elsewhere, but no problem solving responses.  I have completely uninstalled previous versions before downloading and installing 3.6 but the program still shows “fatal errors” when I try to open a fresh installation.
Please advise.
