I want to insert documents and can only choose page,bookmark etc. Header,footer,anchor,reminder. Cant seem to toggle out of it. Running windows 10 and Libre office 7.1

Apparently I am not operating in the master. I open Libre office writer/file/new/master document, and the content navigation pane comes up. I am new to this, how to I use windows to reselect master? Thanks for your time and help
