Specific Behavior For Me

  • Unable to change font of Header-1 style from Liberation Sans to Arial
  • Changing the font style of Header-1 style from Bold to Regular had no effect.

Solution

Press Alt+F11 to navigate to LibreOffice Basic Macros (dialog)

GUI Navigation

Tools (menu) > Macros (menu) > Organize Macros (menu) > LibreOffice Basic... (menu item)

Click Assign... (button) (Cusomize dialog opens) > Keyboard (tab)

Under the Shortcut Key’s (table-grid list), scroll down and click on Ctrl+M

FYI: Ctrl+M is to default setting to (Clear Direct Formatting)

Click Reset (button)

Click OK (button) (Customize dialog closes)

Click Close (LibreOffice Basic Macros dialog closes)

These steps resolved the issue for me.
