I have extensively tried to find an answer to this from both this site and google. Nothing that I have found is working. Most of the answers refer to either MS Excel or Google Sheets. Those that I did find did not work.
Another issue that I am experiencing is that every time that I re-open the file, the checkboxes have gone back to ‘anchored to page’, instead of ‘anchored to cell’. I change each of the checkboxes individually to ‘anchored to cell’, save the file (without closing the file), and verify that each of the checkboxes are still ‘anchored to cell’. Each checkbox still reflects being ‘anchored to cell’.
It is only the next day when I open the file, the checkboxes have reverted back to ‘anchored to page’.

I relabeled the columns and rows.
In cell T7 I started with the number 20 and then used the ‘countblank’ function just to confirm that the function was actually counting the 14 cells (D7 through Q7) as blank.
