Experienced user (former developer). Installed latest upgrade of LibreOffice. Noticed the shortcut keys for moving paragraphs no longer work. Checked the keyboard mapping and it says they’re mapped properly. Tried multiple keyboards, no change. Any idea what could be going on? Should I file a bug report? Thanks.

Do you try to move across a table or a section? That has never worked. I have used LO5.1 on Windows and it works as before.
