I tried this afternoon (US time) and now 1:00am and keep getting this error message from http://mirror.clarkson.edu/tdf/libreoffice/stable/4.0.3/win/x86/LibreOffice_4.0.3_Win_x86.msi for the main file and the helpfile.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
