Can you fill intersection of objects with unique fill?
e.g. venn diagram intersections
Double the page, then select 2 shapes and intersect (really anew created object; real intersection). Proceed for each of the intersection objects. Then copy/paste into your original drawing page. Be aware that you have filled your shapes with bitmap structure. You can retain or change that for further proceeding.
