Draw: right to left brochure print

in draw print dialogue: brochure print: there is no right to left option like in libreoffice writer?

There is in my LO 7.5.8:

this is not brochure print

the option in writer:

but in draw:

I suppose that is an option for the texts written in right-to-left direction, but not for the pages in a Brochure printing task. Maybe some positioning (margins?) are different in the texts written in right-to-left direction…

Do you have drawings with texts written in right-to-left direction?

that option is for the booklet direction
if it is LTR: you can read the printed booklet by moving pages to left
if it is RTL: you can read the booklet by moving the pages to right

There is not in my LO 7.5.8:

i’m using:
Version: 24.2.2.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 420(Build:2)

Yes, I see now: there is in that version of the Writer (I just checked in my portable 24.2.2.2 version). And there is not in Draw.

I think reversing the order of the pages would give the required brochure, so instead of having the pages in the Pages pane in the order 1,2,3,4 if they were instead 4,3,2,1 then the brochure should print correctly for RTL. Test with sample below.
ReversedOrderForRTL_Brochure.odg (10.8 KB)

I cannot use LibreOffice brochure print because it fights with my Brother printer so I always have to use the Brother driver to do the layout; it offers right binding as a matter of course. Check if your printer offers Brochure printing.
