How do I install a medical speller

I have a CD for Dorland’s Electronic Medical Speller version 6.0 for Windows and Mac. Is there anyway to install it on my computer to use it with LibreOffice? I really need it for when I’m working from home. Or is there another medical speller that is compatible and, if so, how do I install it?
