How do I make my selections different colors?

List/Menu Cell is on Sheet 3 and the Colored List/Menu is on Sheet 4. I’ve looked to see how to do this but there is something I am missing. As a secondary issue, how do you get each selection to highlight as the mouse moves over them?

You can try the Conditional Formatting feature. It can apply existing cell styles based on one or more conditions, for example based on the cell content.
