How I can start numering pages from third page

The first page which I have is title page, second is “Table of contents”. Both of them I cant numering in my student work (my university prohibits it), and I cant find in internet article, which would drive to solve the case. I need the program to start numbering from page 3 (omitting the first two - title page and “table of contents”, but for the third page to be number 1). The articles I found so far did not work. These were articles leading to the “Format -” Title page ".

How do I begin page numbers on page 2 in Writer
