Hi. Yes. However, having read previous posts on this, I don’t see the option within tools for my version of LibreOffice Calc.
If you have turned off the menubar, maybe as a side effect of using the Tabbed interface, then now is the time to turn it on. Clicking the Menubar icon toggles visibility of the menus.
Then in the menu click Tools > AutoCorrect…

Once the menubar was exposed, Tools → Autocorrect appeared!
