Based on this thread, one cannot directly embed a YouTube video. So you’ll have to download the video and include the video file directly.
It sounds like your best bet is to Transcode a youtube video to a particular format for which your OS has support. Take a look at the answers to this question to find out what video formats are supported by LO on different platforms:
